Rooms available from 2.00pm on day of arrival.
Guests arriving earlier may leave luggage in guest house until rooms are available.

It is most important to notify the guest house of time of arrival. Please fill in the form provided for this purpose. If no notification is received by the guest house, then the accommodation will be re-let after 6.00pm on that date.

There are no reductions for temporary absence, meals not taken or premature departure for any reason.
Bills are payable on arrival.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable nor transferable and subject to the accommodation being re-let then a charge or two thirds of the total account is payable.
It is therefore strongly recommended that appropriate Holiday Insurance is arranged.
